PromptLens

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 27, 2026

PromptLens helps users analyze and improve prompts. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the PromptLens Chrome extension and related services.

Information we handle

When you request an analysis, the prompt and information needed to generate the requested feedback are sent to Google Gemini through our server-side API integration. We do not intentionally collect your name, email address, account credentials, or other personal profile information.

Storage and retention

We do not intentionally store submitted prompts or generated analysis results in our own database. Temporary technical logs may be processed by Cloudflare or other infrastructure providers to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

Service providers

Google Gemini processes submitted content to provide the analysis. Cloudflare provides hosting, networking, and security services. These providers may process technical information according to their own policies.

Analytics and tracking

PromptLens does not use Google Analytics or similar third-party analytics tools. We do not intentionally use advertising trackers.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect requests in transit and to keep API credentials on the server side. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

PromptLens is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy when the service changes. The revised date will be shown at the top of this page.
